Our company started as Bodell-Van Drimmelen & Associates, Inc. in 1978. It was founded by David J. Van Drimmelen with partner J. Martell Bodell. In 2002, Eric J. Van Drimmelen, MAI took over the commercial appraisal operations and in 2005 purchased the commercial appraisal company. In 2010 the company changed it's name to Van Drimmelen & Associates, Inc. Our staff currently has 5 full time commercial real estate appraisers, three of which hold the MAI designation with the Appraisal Institute. We pride ourselves on quality, accuracy and integrity.
